My favourite part was trying to do obstacles in a fashion that a beginner would try to do them so it made them much more difficult. I know have a better visual about doing the obstacles so that all my clients can do them and become more proficient.

We learned an awful lot about running assessments. The running clinic was just a phenomenal part of it. We learned an awful lot about obstacle techniques and training. There was just so much.

I loved the specifics. There were specifics on breaking down running form, and breaking down obstacle techniques - and how to train for them better.

Knowledge is power and now that I know how to train better, I'm going to train myself first, and then go out and train others.

I opened my mind to some of the modifications that I haven't done in the past that will definitely be an asset to the training I already do.

I think I was always leaning away from one-on-one and steering toward group because I fell I can manage people and their abilities and confidences in that scenario but I can definitely do one-on-one now.

Running form directly correlates to efficiency. When you're more efficient with running you can save that energy for the obstacles.

This course inspired me - it gives me way more techniques and tips to do an obstacle because one way that works well for me might not work for everybody else.

I learned about the different styles and methods of running - and more about injury prevention. I also learned about different styles of going through obstacles and that there Β are many different ways to do it.

I learned so much my mind is just blown. I really liked learning about grip strength - and all the different types of grip there are. I was just inspired by pretty much everything in this course.

I learnt that being able to do the obstacles is not the same as being able to teach them. There are a bunch of different pieces in getting clients from "A" to being able to do the obstacle. It was so beneficial to seeing all the different progressions today.

It was a fantastic course - and I'm really excited for my improvements. But also, to help my clients fall more in love with the sport of obstacle course racing as well.
